She was an attractive woman. Very alluring. Hard to believe time flew by so quickly and suddenly she was 71 years old and died. Time waits for no one...

Should've been a U.S chart!
I wanna hit Like but it's a perfect number
Very Style Council ...Played at " The Cheshire Cat " in Nantwich I recall .... Anyone there 81- 5 ? Loads of Cultures at work ,,but we all got on ...and liked each others music until it went stale 84/5 What a Club ,,,shaped my youth apart from the Northern Nighters.. Do a Few pubs , Cat till 1.30 am ... Off to Stafford till 5 am , off to Sandbach Services for Bacteria Breakfast ...home for 7am , Lovely Gravy & Sunday dinner smell woke you up at 2 pm ....kept that up for a few years until the ladies came along and settled me down..... 200Kid
I wish she would come back and tell the kids now to get off krokodil.
Does anyone know what happened to D.J. Lebowitz? I knew him slightly back-in-the-day.
He moved to the Tampa Bay area in Florida last year. Hopefully he'll start performing down there.
Remember this as a kid getting into the new wave/post punk and wondering if 2000 would be full of spaceships instead of cars ..i thought of jane kennaway's track when millennium came around..she was an underestimated talent
Excellent track 👍 Loving this
Loved this back in ‘82, glad to hear this again!
Very rare on 45 due to poor sales and as said previously lack of promotion! I got a copy from the US a couple of months ago and it cost me nigh on £100
This sounds similar to Carole King The Road To Nowhere released in 1966.
This is my preferred version of 'I'm 28'. Has much more depth of feeling. Thanks.
I've been trying since 2019 to find out which song was this. First heard a very short part of it in an exhibition in Louisiana Museum in Denmark. Great song.
93 That's my MOM! She speaks FOR ME. #AbrAhAdAbrA A:.A:. 93/93

My god, this is fucking brilliant!
I bought this in 1980 as well! sounded much better in the clubs!
Love it!
this is my dad and I'm really proud of this record
Very catchy tune. Would be interesting to hear the b-side called Yob
Yeah, in love with Rachel........... when i was 15! (1978!)
If you’re only gonna do a couple of songs before calling it quits, this better be one of them.
Beautifull voice.
Luan Peters had a much better voice than Tina.
Freda Payne (of Band Of Gold fame) had the original on Invictus earlier in that year, 1971, but I have no idea of how that UK cover version came about via EMI who just happened to be the UK parent company of Invictus. I'm deffo certain that it was played on Radio Luxembourg & the other odd commercial/pirate station somewhere some 50 years ago.
The B side of this has a haunting melody and words full of meaning. Does anyone have And (To Me He Meant Everything)?
I do, check back in a day or two.
@@fannycraddock99 It has only been eight days - I keep telling my self. Eight long days of anticipation.
@@leitalkfromimdb oops! Sorry I forgot. Now up.
Please can you share (welcome to) my humble home? I heard it on John Peel radio many moons ago and it was so brilliant. I never knew who it was by until a John Peel facebook group helped me track it down.
